Our Dickinson College Residence Hall is taking shape
October 24, 2017
Our new Residence Hall at Dickinson College is rising rapidly. Designed by Partner Maitland Jones and Principal Rhoda Kennedy, a new mock-up shows the combination of split-faced stone, wood, and zinc panels that will make up the building’s facades. Stone will clad the elevation facing the historic campus, while zinc and wood will cover the facades overlooking a residential neighborhood. A pair of courtyards will create intimate outdoor gathering spaces. Inside, a variety of social spaces, large and small, will foster collegiality among students. The project is targeting LEED Platinum.
