Terrence Schroeder is a principal and joined Deborah Berke Partners in 2003. Terrence leads projects, generally in the hospitality sector, that combine transformative architectural solutions with refined and striking interior design. His design expertise lends critical creative leadership to every stage of his projects, from architectural conceptual design through the furnishing of the completed project.

With a deft touch and a bold eye for color and composition, Terrence has played a key role in the growth of the firm’s ability to design distinctive architecture and interiors for its boutique hotel clients, starting with the James Hotel in Scottsdale, Arizona, to the more recent, widely acclaimed 21c Museum Hotels located around the U.S. Terrence earned his Bachelor of Architecture degree from Iowa State University.
