Our goal in designing the new 166,000 square foot offices for the GMHC organization was to support their mission of offering hands-on support services in New York City. The new dining room is central to our design because it expands their capacity to offer meals and a safe place to visitors, and can also be used as a public meeting space. Our design remains refined and elegant, though the dining room is large enough to accommodate the entire GMHC team. A one of-a-kind Keith Haring mural gives an energetic pop of color to the streamlined space. We also designed a new dedicated entrance to provide a private and secure entrance for guests and staff alike.
